Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces LY/T 2289-2014 "forest seedling production and management file". Compared with LY/T 2289-2014, the main technical changes the following is as follows.

---Modified the contents of the forest seedling production and operation archives, and the forest seed production and operation license, related forest seedlings Standard materials and other materials are listed separately as basic files;

--- Revised the file retention period, the general forest seedling file was changed to 10 years;

--- Increased the special certification materials that should be preserved in the archives of production and management of genetically modified seedlings and plant new varieties;

--- Forest seed (stem), seedling management file has added instructions for the use of business objects;

--- Integrate the forest seed (stem), seedling production record table, business file list into the corresponding production and operation record table, in the table the content has been adjusted accordingly.

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Forest Seed Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC115).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, archive contents, test papers and cataloguing, archiving requirements, file management, etc. of forest seedling production and management files.

Claim.

This standard applies to the establishment and management of archival materials formed in the production and management activities of forest seedlings.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 11822 apply to this document.

Different forms of records, such as texts, charts, and sound images, which are preserved in the production and management activities of forest seedlings, can be truly counter-Reflecting the source, origin, quantity, quality and sales destination, sales date and relevant responsible persons of the seedlings in production and management, ensuring production and management the process can be traced back.
