Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 2276-2014 "China Forest Certification Bamboo Forest Management Certification Review Guidelines", and is consistent with LY/T 2276-2014 in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed terms and definitions, deleted "bamboo forest management certification audit" and "audit plan", added "audit", "audit criteria" and "benefits" the definition of "party" and "verification method" (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.4, 3.5, 3.1, 3.3, 3.4 of the 2014 edition);

b) Changed "Audit Principles and Methods" and divided it into two chapters "Audit Principles" and "Audit Methods" (see Chapter 4 and Chapter 5, 2014 version 4.1);

c) Added "initial review" (see 6.1, Chapter 6 of the 2014 edition);

d) Changed "Audit Planning" and added "Audit Implementation", "Audit Follow-up Work and Handling of Abnormal Situations", "Peer Expert Review and Accreditation certification decision" (see 7.1, 7.2, 7.6, 7.7, 5.1 of the 2014 edition);

e) The verification method has been changed (see Chapter 8, 5.3 of the 2014 edition);

f) The verification method has been changed (see Chapter 8, 5.3 of the 2014 edition).

1 Scope

This document provides audit principles, audit methods, audit types, audit activities and verification methods for bamboo forest management certification audits.

This document is applicable to the audit conducted by the certification body on the management unit for obtaining bamboo forest management certification and the bamboo forest management unit's self-assessment of the situation.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated references for documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 28951-2021, LY/T 2275-2020 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Groups or individuals that have direct or indirect interest in or are affected by bamboo forest management. Such as government departments, local communities, forestry workers, Investors, environmental organizations, consumers, etc.
