Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 2274-2014 "Guidelines for China Forest Certification Non-timber Forest Products Management Review". With LY/T 2274-Compared with 2014, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Deleted the term and definition "non-wood forest product group" (see 3.2 of the 2014 edition);

--- Added two terms "audited party, audit criteria" (see 3.2, 3.5);

---Changed "Audit Principles and Methods" and divided it into two chapters "Audit Principles" and "Audit Methods" (see Chapter 4 and Chapter 5; 2014 edition 4.1, 4.2);

--- Added specific requirements for "audit content" (see Chapter 5; 4.2 of the 2014 edition);

--- Changed the "audit type" to pre-audit, main audit, surveillance audit and re-certification audit (see 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3; 2014 edition 6.1, 6.2);

--- Added "audit program" and "audit preparation" (see 7.1, 7.2);

--- Changed the "verification method", changed the "audit content" to "verification method", and modified the compliance verification form (see Chapter 8; 2014 version 5.3).

---Delete all content involving animal breeding in the "Verification Method" (see 5.3 of the 2014 edition);

--- Deleted Annex 6 in Appendix A (see A.3 of the 2014 edition).

1 Scope

This document provides audit principles, audit methods, audit types, audit activities, verification methods and reports for non-timber forest product management certification Require.

This document is applicable to guide certification bodies in auditing management units of non-timber forest product management certification.

Among them, dated references for documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 39358-2020 apply to this document.

In order to obtain audit evidence and conduct an objective evaluation on the auditee, the certification body shall confirm that it meets the requirements of GB/T 39358-2020.
