3.1 Plant area environment and layout construction requirements

3.1.1 The plant area should be selected to be built in the pine wood nematode disease area and 5 km away from the pine forest.

3.1.2 The roads and sites of the plant area shall be leveled and hardened, and the area of the hardened site shall be not less than 1hm2. The heat treatment warehouse, finished product warehouse and surrounding sites shall be concrete floor.

3.1.3 The environment in the plant area should be clean and hygienic, without weeds, stagnant water, bark, scraps and other timely treatment.

3.1.4 The workshop and warehouse should be provided with obvious signs and internal management cards.

3.1.5 The finished product warehouse needs to be provided with isolation wall, raw material storage place, processing workshop, employee's office area and living area, etc.

3.1.6 The site selection and construction of plant equipment shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of relevant departments such as environmental protection, fire protection, labor, and technical supervision.
