Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 1929-2010 "Test methods for basic physical and chemical properties of bamboo charcoal" and LY/T 3203-2020 "Test methods for basic physical and chemical properties of bamboo charcoal" Compared with LY/T 1929-2010 and LY/T 3203-2020, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes, in addition, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed the terms and definitions 3.1 and 3.2 (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of LY/T 1929-2010);

--- Changed LY/T 1929-2010 4.1 Determination of density [changed the original LY/T 1929-2010 "density" to "surface Apparent density" and the test method was modified (see 4.1.3)];

--- Added particle density, tap density and corresponding test methods (see 3.1.1, 3.1.2);

--- Changed the determination methods of resistivity and refining degree (see 4.7.2, 4.8);

--- Added the determination method of infrared emissivity (see 4.10).

1 Scope

This document describes the density, moisture content, ash content, volatile matter content, fixed carbon content, pH, resistivity, degree of refining, calorific value of bamboo charcoal.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in LY/T 2483-2015 and the following apply to this document.

Bamboo charcoal powder Bamboo charcoal that has been crushed or ground to a particle size less than or equal to 1 mm.

Small pieces and crushed bamboo charcoal, bamboo charcoal with particle size greater than 1mm.
