1 Scope

This standard specifies the content, methods, and organization of information management for returning farmland to forests according to the national, provincial (city) and county levels.

This standard applies to the project of returning farmland to forests approved by the state.

3 Information Management Level

3.1 Information management of returning farmland to forests is divided into three levels of information management at the national, provincial (city) and county levels.

3.2 National level. Collect and manage the overall information on the project of returning farmland to forests in the country and the construction information of the provincial-level project of returning farmland to forests, such as. planning tasks, Information on the proportion of ecological forests and economic forests, and policy cashing. The basic unit is provincial.

3.3 Provincial (city) level. Collect and manage the overall information of the province (city) returning farmland to forest project and county-level project of returning farmland to forests, such as. planning Tasks, planning and design, ecological forest and economic forest area ratio, inspection and acceptance, policy cashing and other information. The basic unit is county level.

3.4 County level. Collect and manage the overall information of the project of returning farmland to forests in the county and the management information of the project of returning farmland to forests by townships, villages and operators.

The basic unit is the returning farmland to forest operators, small classes, and plots.
