1 Scope
This standard specifies the nature reserves for effective management evaluation of the basic criteria, evaluation index system and evaluation methods and other technical, principles Sexual requirements.

3 General provisions
3.1 Evaluation principles
3.1.1 Objectivity
Based on the basic investigation of the actual situation of nature reserve management, the measures and effectiveness of management are evaluated.
3.1.2 Quantitative
