3 Morphological characteristics

3.1 Adult

The female body is 31mm to 40mm in length, and the male body is 29mm to 35mm in length. The body is mainly green. The top of the forehead protrudes like a triangle. Amount There is a prominent yellow vertical line from the top to the center of the front chest plate, the bigger the back. The hind legs are yellow with black spots between them, and there are "human" shapes on both sides.

The grooves are arranged neatly; the shackles are small and thin, the surface is black and green, there are two rows of spines, 14 outer rows and 15 inner rows.

3.2 Eggs

Long oval, slightly curved, slightly pointed at one end, length 6mm ~ 8mm, width 2mm ~ 2.5mm. It is yellow in color and has a honeycomb pattern.

3.3 Fleas

The development of the yellow ridge is an incomplete metamorphosis. Its generation has only three stages of development. eggs, nymphs and adults, because its nymphs mainly rely on jumping.

3.3.1 1st age flea

It is light yellow at the beginning of hatching, and turns into a yellow, green, black and brown variegated color after about 4 hours. The head is gray and the top of the forehead is like a triangle. Front chest There is a square black spot on each side of the center line of the front end of the back plate, and a small black spot on each side of the back plate. There is one on each side of the back chest plate Big black spot. The body length is 9.8mm to 10.9mm. The tentacles are 13 to 14 knots. The trailing edge of the front chest plate does not protrude backwards, almost in a straight line. wing the buds are not obvious, and only the rear edges of the middle and back plates are slightly rearward.

3.3.2 2 years old flea the body color is yellower than the first age, especially in the chest back plate and the abdomen back plate. The body length is 11mm to 15mm. Teneen feet ~ Section 19. The trailing edge of the front chest plate does not protrude backwards. The front and rear wing buds protrude more prominently, and several wings can be seen faintly under the magnifying glass.

3.3.3 3rd age fleas

The body color is mostly black. The central yellow line on the back of the head, chest and abdomen is more vivid. There are black vertical lines on each side of the line.

3.3.4 4 age fleas
