Foreword

This standard replaces LY/T 1562-1999 "General Design Code for Hunting Grounds".

The main changes in this standard compared with LY/T 1562-1999 are as follows.

1) Added terms and definitions.

2) In the classification of hunting grounds, wetland type hunting grounds have been added.

3) The number of individual indicators for hunting ground classification increased from 3 to 4, increasing the "level of hunting ground management".

4) In the hunting period and hunting amount, the "hunting period should avoid the hunting animal breeding period and lactation period, in order to achieve maximum economic benefits" for the "hunting period should avoid the hunting animal breeding period and lactation period, to ensure sustainable development and utilization as the principle."

5) In the general provisions of the guiding principles for engineering construction, replace the principle of "consistent with the combination of development and protection" with the words "under the premise of protection" Carry out reasonable development"; in the biological protection principle of engineering construction, "the introduction of exotic species should be cautious, and the relationship between species should be considered.

The ecological principles of food chain and food web structure and trophic level were changed to "the hunting ground should be based on local species, and in principle it is forbidden to introduce Alien species. In order to introduce alien species, they should conduct demonstration and risk assessment in accordance with relevant regulations, and perform relevant measures in accordance with relevant regulations.

formalities".

6) The overall design book index has been increased from 7 to 8 and the "Environmental Impact Assessment" has been added.

7) The original standard will integrate the hunting scene into more than 100,000 hectares, 20,000 hectares to 100,000 hectares, and less than 20,000 hectares, which is mainly Consider the possible scale of the northern hunting grounds. However, compared with the vast plains or plateaus in the north, most of southern China it belongs to the hilly mountains and has few open areas. The scale of the hunting ground construction is extremely restricted by the geographical environment. Considering the geographical north and south According to the difference of the environment and the actual situation, the hunting area standard has been re-divided, that is, divided into 5000hm2 or more.

2000hm2 ~ 5000hm2, less than.2000hm2 three.

From the date of implementation of this standard, LY/T 1562-1999 "General Design Code for Hunting Grounds" is abolished.

This standard is proposed and managed by the Department of Wildlife Conservation and Nature Reserve Management of the State Forestry Administration.

1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

Hunting ground

A range is defined in the area suitable for hunting animals, and a series of management measures are taken within the scope to facilitate the place where the hunting industry produces activities.

Hunting period

Considering the biological and economic significance, you can get the most appropriate period of hunting products.

Hunting volume

The number of certain hunting animals in a hunting ground can only be determined for hunting if it exceeds the basic storage in the hunting ground.

quantity. If a certain hunting animal has less than its basic storage, it cannot be hunted.

4 General rules for hunting ground design

4.1 To implement the wild animal management policy of "strengthening resource protection, actively domesticating and breeding, rational development and utilization", making the hunting ground construction science to standardize and standardize the management of the hunting ground industry, this standard has been formulated.

4.2 The design of the hunting ground shall follow the Law of the People's Republic of China on Forests, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wild Animals, and the People's Republic of China.

National Firearms Management Law, Law of the People's Republic of China on Grassland, Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Marine Environment of the People's Republic of China the Law of Protection, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment, and other relevant laws and regulations.

4.3 The operation of the hunting ground is a form of scientific use of wild animal resources. The hunting ground should be designed to maintain ecological balance and sustainable development.

Based on the guidance of ecological economic theory, adhere to the principle of combining ecological, economic and social benefits to achieve sustainable use.

Wild animal resources, continuously improve the ecological, economic and social benefits.
