Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document replaces LY/T 1330-2011 "Antistatic Wooden Raised Floor". Compared with LY/T 1330-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the definitions of "antistatic wooden raised floor", "system resistance", "concentrated load", "rated concentrated load" and "rolling load" (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.1, 3.2, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 of the 2011 version), delete "load point" (see 3.5 of the 2011 version);
--- Added "Structure" (see Chapter 4);
--- Changed the requirements for "net length deviation" and "thickness deviation" in "Requirements" (see Table 2, Table 1 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the content of "Appearance Quality" in "Requirements" and added the appearance quality requirements of fasteners and support systems (see 5.2, 2011 Version 4.2);
--- Changed the names of "wheel wear" and "electrical properties" in "physical and chemical properties" (see Table 3, Table 4, 6.4.2, 6.3.4, 2011 version of the table 2,5.2.6,5.2.10);
--- Deleted "surface wear resistance", "castor wear resistance", "impact resistance", "concentrated load" and "rolling load" in "physical and chemical properties" (see 2011 edition
Table 2) includes "surface wear resistance", "castor wear resistance", "impact resistance", "concentrated load" and "rolling load" in the "mechanical properties"
"capable" (see 5.4);
--- Added "support system load performance" and its test method, and included the relevant content in "mechanical properties" (see Table 4, 6.4.6);
--- Deleted "combustion performance" in "physical and chemical properties", listed "combustion performance" independently, and changed the description of its requirements and test methods (See Table 2, 5.2.11 of 5.5, 6.5, 2011 edition);
--- Added "Concentration limits of volatile organic compounds" and its test methods, and included relevant content in "Physical and chemical properties" (see Table 3,6.3.6);
--- Added "appearance" and its inspection method (see 5.2, 6.2);
--- Added requirements for physical and chemical properties test specimens (see Table 5);
--- Deleted the requirements and test methods for "surface resistance to cold and hot cycles" (see 5.2.3 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the test method of "water absorption thickness expansion rate" (see 6.3.2, 5.2.2 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the test method of "surface contamination resistance" (see 6.3.3, 5.2.4 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the test method of "antistatic performance" (see 6.3.4, 5.2.10 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the test method of "formaldehyde emission" in "physical and chemical properties" (see 6.3.5, 5.2.12 of the 2011 edition);
--- Deleted the "test environment" of "wear resistance of castors" (see 5.2.6.1 of the 2011 edition), and changed the castor wear resistance of castors.
The hardness is (95 ± 5) (see 6.4.2.1, 5.2.6.1 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the test method of "impact resistance" (see 6.4.3, 5.2.7 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the description of the "concentrated load" test method (see 6.4.4, 5.2.8 of the 2011 edition);
--- Changed the description of the "rolling load" test method (see 6.4.5, 5.2.9 of the 2011 edition);
--- Deleted "Formaldehyde emission and water absorption thickness expansion rate test in physical and chemical performance test" and "System height test" in "Factory inspection" (6.1.1 of the 2011 edition), added "antistatic performance test" (see 7.1.1);
--- Changed the contents of "Type Inspection", "Sampling Plan and Judgment Principles" and "Result Judgment" in "Inspection Rules" (see 7.1.2, 7.3, 7.4, 6.1.2, 6.3, 6.4 of 2011 version).
