Foreword

This standard replaces LY/T 1322-1999 "purple collagen glue".

Compared with LY/T 1322-1999, the main changes are as follows.

--- Added normative references;

--- Adjusted the definition of purple collagen glue;

---Adjusted the quality requirements for primary and secondary thermal hardening time;

---Adjusted the quality requirements of the color index;

--- The weight of the five indicators of the thickness of the rubber, the heat hardening time, the volatile matter (moisture), the hot ethanol insoluble matter, and the color index were removed.

Re-specify, instead refer to other standards;

--- Increased the acceptance classification and inspection items in the acceptance rules;

--- Increased the temperature requirements of the transportation environment.

This standard was proposed by the Institute of Resource Insects of the Chinese Academy of Forestry.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Institute of Chemical Industry of Forest Products of the Chinese Academy of Forestry.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the quality requirements, sampling, inspection methods, acceptance rules, and marking, packaging, storage and transportation requirements for purple collagen glue.

(Hong) is secreted, harvested from the host tree after maturity, removed from the branches, dried and used for the production of granule shellac, purple film and other products.

Raw material shellac.

3 Quality requirements

3.1 Purple collagen glue should be air-dried, free of impurities such as branches, wood chips and sediment, without mold, agglomeration and deterioration.

3.2 The technical indicators of all levels of purple collagen glue should meet the quality requirements given in Table 1.

4 Sampling

4.1 Calculation formula

The number of samples of purple collagen glue is measured by X, and the value is expressed by "piece", which is calculated according to formula (1).

X=0.6槡(1)

In the formula.

Shape---The total number of pieces of purple collagen glue per batch, the unit is piece.

Below 25 pieces, the number of samples is not less than three.

4.2 Take an equal number of samples for each sample according to different parts. After fully mixing, dilute.2000g according to the quadruple method. 1000g for appearance the index (color and glue thickness) is determined; 1000g is divided into two parts, one for other inspections and one for inspection.
