Foreword

LS/T 1707 "Food Information Classification and Coding Grain Storage" is divided into three parts.

--- Part 1. Classification and code of warehouse operations;

--- Part 2. Classification and code of food situation detection;

--- Part 3. Equipment classification and code.

This part is the first part of LS/T 1707.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section replaces LS/T 1707.1-2004. The main technical changes compared with LS/T 1707.1-2004 are as follows.

--- Simplified the classification method for mechanical ventilation of grain storage in the original standard;

--- Combine Appendix A, Table A.1, "Common Drug Category Codes" in the original standard with the corresponding drug types;

--- Removed the "electromagnetic ray processing" related content in the original standard;

--- Added work related to simple storage and grease storage.

This part is based on GB/T.20001.3-2015 "Standard writing rules Part 3. Classification standards", GB/T 7027-2002 "Information the basic principles and methods of classification and coding, combined with the comprehensive coding of the main storage operations in grain storage enterprises.

This part is proposed and managed by the National Grain Bureau.

This section drafted by. Henan University of Technology, National Grain and Oil Information Center.

1 Scope

This part of LS/T 1707 specifies the classification principles and methods of the main storage operations in grain storage enterprises, the coding methods of codes, and generations.

Technical indicators such as code structure, coding principle, storage operation classification and code table.

This section applies to information processing and information exchange in the food industry.

3 Classification principles and methods

3.1 Classification and coding according to the type of business of grain storage enterprises.

3.2 Adopt line classification method.

4 Coding method and code structure

4.1 Coding method

4.1.1 The hierarchical code is divided into four levels, each of which is a large class, a medium class, a small class, and a fine class.

4.1.2 This code is represented by 5 digits of Arabic numerals, the second layer is represented by two digits, and the other layers are represented by one digit. level one the code is 1~9, the second layer code is 01~99, the third layer code is 1~9, the fourth layer code is 1~9, and each layer code is sequential code.

4.1.3 For the code of the category name whose classification ends at a certain level in the middle, the information processing shall be complemented by "0" to the total code length of the design (5 digits).

4.2 Code Structure

5 Coding principles

5.1 This section covers the main warehousing operations involved in the warehousing enterprise. The order and level of all codes are independent of importance.

5.2 Assignments are classified in principle in terms of their general operation in most warehousing companies.

6 Warehousing job classification and code table

The warehouse operation classification and code table are shown in Table 1.
