Foreword

This standard is based on GB/T 1.1-2009 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1. Structure and Compilation of Standards", GB/T.20001.3-2015 "Standard Writing Rules Part 3. Taxonomy" and GB/T 7027-2002 "Basic Principles and Methods of Information Classification and Coding" the Law, combined with China's current grain attributes for comprehensive coding.

This standard replaces LS/T 1702-2004 "Food Information Classification and Coding Food Property Classification and Code", and LS/T 1702-Compared with 2004, the main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Increased the content of normative references;

--- Refined the properties of the reserve grain;

--- Refined the properties of commodity grain;

--- Increased policy food attributes.

This standard was proposed by the National Grain Administration.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Grain and Oil Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC270).

This standard is mainly drafted by. Henan University of Technology.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the principles and methods of food industry classification, coding methods and code structure, grain attribute classification and code technology.

Claim.

This standard applies to information processing and information exchange in the food industry.
