1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the verification of wheat hardness index tester, appliance control, verification items and verification methods, and the treatment of verification results.

And the verification cycle.

This standard is applicable to wheat hardness index measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as instrument) which adopts the principle of anti-mechanical pulverization and uses wheat hardness as the object of measurement.

3 Overview

The wheat hardness index analyzer is mainly composed of a weighing system, a pulverizing system, a receiving system, and a data processing and display system. Wheat hard the working principle of the degree indexer is that a certain amount of sample is pulverized under the specified experimental conditions, and the mass of the pulverized sample in the hopper is weighed, and the hardness index of the sample is automatically calculated and displayed. The wheat hardness index meter is used to determine the hardness of wheat and judge the soft and hard wheat.
