JT/T 1574-2026 is the English-translated version of E航海海上互联互通系统技术规范.

JT/T 1574-2026 applies to the design and application of the e-Navigation maritime connectivity system, the platform that links ships, shore-based services and other parties so that navigation-related information can be exchanged between them. The document sets out technical requirements for such a system. It does not apply to technical content on network security or hardware design, which are outside its coverage.

The standard is relevant to system designers and developers, maritime authorities, port and shipping operators, and organizations that deploy or run e-Navigation services. It is a voluntary standard, as the /T in its code shows. It was approved by the Ministry of Transport, issued on 12 January 2026 and takes effect on 1 May 2026. It is a new standard.
