5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification and inspection items
5.1.1 Type inspection Type inspection items are all items specified in Chapter 4.
Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases.
--- When a new product is put into production or the product is typed;
--- When major changes occur in raw materials, processes, etc., which may affect product quality;
--- When the results of the factory inspection or periodic inspection are significantly different from the results of the last type inspection;
--- When the quality supervision and inspection of the relevant national agency fails;
--- When the product is transferred to production or transferred to the factory;
--- Type inspection is carried out every 2 years.
5.1.2 Factory inspection the factory inspection items are part of the inspection items specified in Chapter 4, including. nitrite content, molybdate content, odor, ash content, pH value, reserve alkalinity, chlorine content, silicon content, foam tendency.
JT/T 1303-2019
5.2 batches
Under the condition of unchanged raw materials and processes, each batch of one or more pots is uniformly mixed into one batch.
5.3 sampling
Small packaging products are randomly selected from products with the same production process and production batch. The sampling volume must meet the inspection and sample retention requirements.
6 Marking and storage
6.1 SCA shall mark the packaging in accordance with the following provisions, which shall include.
a) product name;
b) method of use (applicable to the type of engine coolant, pre-dosing, etc.);
c) the name and address of the manufacturer;
d) production date or batch number;
e) Shelf life, etc.
6.2 SCA should be stored in a dark, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

B. 2 Method summary
SCA is added to the engine coolant to be added according to the pre-dosing ratio to prepare a test solution, and a certain amount of this solution is added to the cone.
The heart tube was kept at 88 ° C for 24h, and the volume of the centrifuged precipitate was measured after cooling to room temperature.
B. 3 Instruments and reagents B. 3. 1 Centrifuge. Meet the requirements in GB/T 8926.
B. 3. 2 Centrifuge tube. It complies with the requirements in GB/T 8926 and is equipped with a cork or rubber stopper.
B. 3. 3 Oven. Can control temperature at 88 °C ± 2 °C.
B. 4 test steps
B. 4. 1 Add SCA to the engine coolant to be added according to the pre-dosing ratio, and mix it to prepare a test solution. Test solution the amount is not less than.200mL.
B. 4. 2 Pour 100mL of test solution into two clean and dry conical centrifuge tubes, stopper the cork or rubber stopper, and place in a constant temperature.
In an oven at 88 ° C ± 2 ° C, keep it for 24h ± 2h.
B. 4. 3 Take out the centrifuge tube and cool to room temperature, and centrifuge for 30 minutes under the condition of relative centrifugal force of 500 according to GB/T 8926.
B. 4. 4 Remove the centrifuge tube and read the volume of the sediment.
B. 5 Results report
