This standard is in accordance with GB/T Draft the rules given in 1-2009.

This standard was proposed and managed by the National Comprehensive Transportation Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 571).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the identification composition, identification system, code mark, operation mark and marking of the public transport semi-trailer.

This standard applies to the identification of van-rail transport semi-trailers. The other semi-trailer signs for public transport and railway transport can be used by reference.

2 Normative references

3 Logo composition

The bus-rail transport semi-trailer (hereinafter referred to as "semi-trailer") logo consists of three parts. the identification system, the code mark and the job mark.

4 Identification system

The semi-trailer identification system and its marking shall meet the requirements of JT/T 1093.

5 Code mark

5.1 Composition

The code mark consists of a semi-trailer size and strength grade code, an operation code, where the size code includes a height code, a length code, and the width code.

5.2 Size and strength grade codes 5.2.1 size code the indication of the size code of the semi-trailer shall meet the following requirements.

a) The height code indicates the height of the traction pin seat plate from the ground, in millimeters (mm), expressed by 4 Arabic numerals;

b) The length code indicates the total length of the semi-trailer, the unit is millimeter (mm), and it is expressed by 5 Arabic numerals;

c) The width code indicates the total width of the semi-trailer, the unit is millimeter (mm), and it is expressed by 4 Arabic numerals.

5.2.2 Strength level code the semi-trailer strength level code shall be expressed in accordance with the following requirements.

a) L represents the standard type;

b) XL stands for enhanced.

5.3 Operation code

The operation codes are arranged in the order of authorized unit code, operation number, and vehicle identification number (VIN), and they should be separated by a dot (Figure 1).

Example. The authorization code for the semi-trailer operation code is 0040, the operation number is S10717, and the VIN is 10,000, 000, 000, 148,387.

040 · S1017 · 000000000001488387 5.4 style 5.4.1 code mark the code should be marked as a whole, divided into horizontal form (Figure 2) and vertical form (Figure 3), and the horizontal form should be preferred.

5.4.2 Dimensions and word height the dimensions and height requirements of the mark are shown in Figures 2 and 3. The fonts are all Chinese national standard bold, and the ratio of width to height is 1. 2, within the border.

Evenly arranged.

5.4.3 Fonts and colors the color of the mark font and border is black, and the background color is pale yellow (color number is GB 06 ~ 1426-2001, Y06). When the box face when the color is light yellow, the background color can be white or other colors with obvious differences from the cabinet.

5.5 Marker settings

The code marks are set on the left and right sides of the semi-trailer, and there are 2 places directly below the mark of the identification system. The left mark shows opinions

6 Job mark

6.1 Classification

Job tags are divided into the following categories.

a) markings of maximum allowable total mass and curb weight;

b) Beware of electric shock warning signs;

c) marking of lifting position;

d) marked with handle grooves;

e) Pictogram of air suspension.

The names and styles of job marks are shown in Table 1.

6.2 Marking of maximum allowable total mass and curb weight There are 1 mark of maximum allowable total mass and curb weight, which should be set on the upper right of the rear wall of the semi-trailer according to the following requirements.

a) The maximum allowable total mass and curb weight are both expressed as actual mass values, rounded to the nearest digit, and the unit is kilogram (kg);

b) there is a one-character gap between numbers and units and between the hundreds and thousands;

c) The maximum allowable total mass and curb weight are divided into two rows, and the single digits of the upper and lower rows are aligned;

d) mark without frame;

e) The font height of "Maximum Allowable Total Mass" and "Complete Mass" is not less than 80mm, and the fonts are all Chinese national standard bold.

The height ratio is 1. 2. The thickness of the strokes should be uniform, the handwriting should be durable, and the color of the strokes should be clearly contrasted with the color of the box.

6.3 Beware of electric shock warning signs Beware of electric shock warning signs for semi-trailers equipped with climbing ladders, which should be placed in a prominent position near the semi-trailer climbing ladders as follows.

a) one mark for each climbing ladder;

b) The dimensions and style of the mark conform to GB 2894-2008 4. 2 and its visible distance is not less than 10m;

c) The marking pattern is shown in Table 1. The height of the lightning arrow is not less than 175mm, and the outer length is not less than 230mm.

d) The color of the marker graphics and the border are black, and the background color is light yellow (color number. GB 06 ~ 1426-2001).

6.4 Lifting position mark There are a total of 4 lifting position marks, which should be set directly above the lifting position of the semi-trailer according to the following requirements (see Figure 4).

a) The distance from the top edge of the mark to the reference plane of the lifting position is not less than 300mm and not more than 500mm;

b) The outline of the mark is rectangular, in which the length should be no less than 400mm and the height should be no less than.200mm (see Table 1);

c) marked yellowish (color code. GB06 in GB05 ~ 1426-2001);

d) When the color of the cabinet is yellow, it is marked as blue in GB 2894-2008.

6.5 Mark with handle groove the handle groove mark is set above the handle groove of the semi-trailer (see Figure 4).

The color of the mark should be light yellow (color code. GB 06 ~ 14226-2001). When the color of the box is yellow, it should be marked with a handle groove.

It should be blue in GB 2894-2008.

6.6 Air suspension pictograms the air suspension pictogram should be set to the right of the code mark (see Figure 4), and the air suspension pictogram is shown in Appendix B.

The background color of the air suspension pictogram should be light yellow (color number is GB06 ~ 14626-2001, Y06).

The color should be blue in GB 2894-2008.

7 Marking

The identification system, code mark, and job mark shall be marked on the semi-trailer firmly and durable.

Appendix A

(Informative appendix) Marking arrangement with handle groove See Figure A. 1.

Explanation.

1 --- with handle groove;

2 --- with handle groove mark.

Note. The total length of the groove with the handle is marked with a yellow strip about 100 mm above the groove.
