5 Test method

5.1 Uniformity

Stir with a glass rod. Visually check whether the reducing agent-based mist sealing material is uniform

5.2 Engla viscosity

The Engla viscosity test should dilute the reducing agent fogging sealer material according to the actual situation at the time of construction, and then follow the T 0622 Go ahead

5.3 Content of evaporation residue

The evaporation residue content test should be carried out in accordance with T 0651 in JT G E20. The sample should be heated slowly and slowly.

Low temperature heating with closed heating instrument

5.4 Residue on sieve

The remaining amount on the screen should be tested in accordance with T 0652 in JT G E20.

5.5 Storage stability at room temperature (1d)

The storage stability (1d) test at room temperature should be performed in accordance with T 0655 in JT G E20.

5.6 Mixing stability with water

The stability test with water should be performed in accordance with T 0665 in JT G E20.

5.7 Needle penetration improvement rate

5.7.1 Equipment

The test equipment should be prepared in accordance with T 0604 in JT G E20.

5.7.2 Test procedure

The test steps are as follows.

JT/T 1264-2019

a) Prepare the aged asphalt according to the method shown in Appendix A. Perform the penetration test of the aged asphalt according to T 0604 in JT G E20.

Penetration to aged asphalt P0 ꎮ

b) Prepare the test sample of aged asphalt mixed with reducing agent mist sealer material according to the method shown in Appendix B ꎮ

c) According to T 0604 in JT G E20, the penetration test of the aging asphalt with the reducing agent-based mist sealer material was performed.

Penetration P1 after asphalt is mixed with reducing agent-based mist sealing material

5.7.3 Data calculation and result processing

5.7.3.1 The penetration rate is calculated according to formula (1). One decimal place is reserved.

P1-P0

× 100% (1)

In the formula. RP --- penetration rate improvement rate ꎻ P0 --- Penetration of aged asphalt (unit. 1/10 mm (0.1mm)) P1 --- Penetration of aged asphalt mixed with reducing agent-based mist sealer material, unit is 1/10 mm (0.1mm).

5.7.3.2 The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the parallel test results of three penetration tests of the same sample is within the allowable error range of Table 3.

Time. Calculate the average value of the three test results. Take the whole number as the test result. Calculate it as 0.1mm. When the test value does not meet this requirement, it should be repeated.

Experiment

Table 3 Allowable error range unit is 1/10 mm (0.1mm)

× 100% (2)

JT/T 1264-2019

In the formula. RD --- ductility improvement rate ꎻ D0 --- Ductility of aged asphalt at 15 ° C (unit. cm (cm)) D1 --- 15 ° C ductility after aging asphalt mixed with reducing agent-type fogging sealant material

5.8.3.2 For the same sample, no less than 3 parallel tests are performed each time. Record the measured values separately.

5.8.3.3 The allowable error of the repeatability test for the ductility test is 20% of the average value. The allowable error of the repeatability test is 30% of the average value.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 Inspection classification

6.1.1 Inspection points are factory inspection and type inspection.

6.1.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following cases.

a) Trial-type appraisal of new or old products transferred to production;

b) After the official production, if there are major changes in raw materials, proportions, and processes;

c) When it is officially produced, it shall be inspected every six months.

d) After long-term production suspension (when production resumes)

e) When there is a large difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection?

f) when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement;

6.2 Inspection items

The factory inspection and type inspection items are shown in Table 4

6.3.3 Decision rules

After the product is inspected, if all performance indicators meet the requirements of the inspection project, the batch of reducing agent mist seal layer material is judged as a qualified product.

If there is an item that does not meet the requirements, take the sample stored in the sealed sample for re-inspection of the non-conformity item. If it meets the standard requirements, it will be judged as qualified.

Then the batch of products is unqualified. If more than one item does not meet the requirements, the batch of products is unqualified.

7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

7.1 Sign

7.1.1 The marking on the outer surface of the packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191.

7.1.2 The outer surface marks mainly include the following.

a) Name and address of production unit

b) Product name ꎻ

c) Production date, batch number ꎻ

d) Net product quality and total mass after packaging;

e) Box size ꎻ

f) Fire, moisture and rain proof signs ꎮ

7.2 Packaging

7.2.1 The size of the packing box shall meet the requirements of GB/T 4892.

7.2.2 Metal or plastic drums should be used for sealed packaging. The following documents should be attached to the package.

a) Product instruction manual. The instruction manual should indicate the type, scope of application, safe heating temperature and construction process of the product.

b) Certificate of conformity. Certificate of conformity of factory inspection items 项目

c) Test report. The test report shall have the test results of various technical requirements required by this standard.

d) Shelf life statement.

7.3 Transport

The product should not be close to pyrotechnics during transportation

7.4 Storage

The product should be stored in a dry warehouse during storage. Avoid sunlight, stains and scratches. Keep the outer packaging intact.

Contact with corrosive gases and liquids. Keep away from flammable substances.
