Introduction
This procedure is in accordance with JJF1002-2010 "national measurement procedures for the preparation of rules" requirements, Learning, operability, economy, according to OIMLR117-1..2007 "non-aqueous liquid dynamic measurement system the first part of the measurement and technical requirements ", combined with China's liquefied petroleum gas filling machine technical level and industry status and is revised to be equivalent to international recommendations on key technical indicators. Compared with JJG 997-2005, in addition to editorial changes the main technical changes are as follows.
- the specific requirements have been added to the terminology and content;
The measurement repeatability of the filling machine indication shall be modified to not exceed 0.3% (see 5.1.1);
- The minimum measured repeatability of the aerator shall be modified to not exceed 0.6% (see 5.1.2);
--- The flow rate range of the filling machine is changed to the maximum flow rate of not less than 40L/min, the range is not less than 5. 1 (See 5.2);
--- Increases the amount of payment for the filling machine (see 5.6);
--- According to OIMLR117-1..2007, the general technical requirements for the filling machine are more scientific and reasonable Provisions;
--- refinement of the test conditions;
--- The expansion uncertainty of the standard device should not exceed 1/3 of the absolute value of the maximum permissible error of the aerator 7.1.3);
--- environmental conditions have been properly modified;
--- for the filling machine test status quo, the standard volumetric flow meter test method as a main test method to be described (See 7.2);
--- According to JJF1002-2010 "national measurement procedures for the preparation of rules" requirements, re-modify the test Certificate/Verification Result Page format.
The previous versions of this order are released as follows.
--- JJG 997-2005.
