Introduction
This procedure is JJF1002 "national verification procedures write rules", JJF1001 "common terminology and measurement Definitions ", JJF1059" Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement "as the basis of family norms, JJG 910-1996 Version revised. Compared with JJG 910-1996, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Added "reference document", and describes the date and reference documents are not dated references meanings;
--- Added "term" and gives the definition;
--- Adjustment for measurement of performance requirements;
--- Verification method adjusted value of zero error;
--- Increased test point error of indication;
--- Adjust the original requirements and procedures in Appendix related "special calibration stick".
Motorcycle wheel deviation detector test procedures
1 Scope
The order applies to motorcycle wheel deviation tester (hereinafter referred to as wheel deviation meter) initial verification, use and subsequent verification Check.
2. References
GB/T 5359.3-2008 Terminology for motorcycles and mopeds - Part 3. Dimensions wheelers and tricycles for dated references, only the dated edition applies to this procedure; undated reference documents Member, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies to this procedure.
3 terminology and units of measurement 3.1 motorcycle wheel deviation tester for detecting motorcycles, mopeds and two sidecar motorcycle wheel deviation values magnitude and direction of the instrument.
3.2 wheel center plane [GB/T 5359.3-2008,3, g)] the plane of symmetry of the wheel rim edge of the inner side of the two planes.
3.3 bias value wheeldeviationvalue when the rear wheel center plane in a vertical state, after the wheel center plane extending the plane formed by the driving direction Plane, the front wheel center plane deviation plane. Wheel bias value unit of measurement is millimeters, symbol mm.
4 Overview
Partial instrument rear wheel by a clamping device, means one of the clamping slide with the front wheel control mechanism (or control module), Displacement sensors and displays and other components. Wheel deviation measurement instrument works. will be seized motorcycle front and rear wheels at the same time set the front wheel biased instrument, after intermediate position and clamping means clamping the rear wheel center plane perpendicular to the support surface, and later round Center for the datum plane, measuring wheel clamp one slide to the left or right lateral displacement deviation from the reference plane the amount, that is, the wheel offset value.
5 metering performance requirements 5.1 division value Dividing the value should be less than 0.1mm.
5.2 Zero Error
Zero error shall not exceed ± 0.4mm.
5.3 Zero drift
Partial round instrument zero drift does not exceed ± 0.2mm within 15min.
