Introduction

This procedure prepared in accordance with the rules JJF1002-2012 "national verification procedures write rules" given.

The procedures in place JJG 808-1993 "standard load lever." Compared with JJG 808-1993, in addition to editorial changes, the major technical changes are as follows.

--- Increased introduction;

--- Increasing the reference document (see 2);

--- Increasing the terminology and units of measurement (see 3);

--- Increasing the load lever composition and structure of the load lever test diagram (see Figures 1 and 2);

--- Unified measurement error limit indicators (see 5.1);

--- Deleted the original connector protocol inter poor quality content requirements;

--- Remove the original procedure dynamometer lever overload test related content;

--- Modify the quality of the special weight relative error specification requirements and the corresponding detection methods (see 5.1,7.2.3);

--- Modify the corresponding discrimination threshold indicators and detection methods (see 5.1,7.2.6);

1 Scope

The order applies to not more than the upper limit of the measurement range of 6kN standard dynamometer lever arm (hereinafter referred to as load lever) the initial verification, use and subsequent verification check.

Greater than the upper limit of the measuring 6kN load lever can refer to these Rules.

3 terminology and units of measurement

3.1 Terms
