What this standard covers

This standard applies to newly manufactured, rated frequency in use and after repair of 50Hz single-phase simulation phase pointer table (including the phase angle meter and power factor meter, hereinafter referred to as phase meter) initial verification, follow-up test and use the test. This procedure does not apply to electronic frequency phase meter, automatic recording phase-table, shifting the phase of the phase compensation table, non-phase frequency table, -phase meters and is inconsistent with the rules of other types of phase measurement instruments.
