This standard applies to Direct acting indicating analogue DC and AC (frequency 40Hz ~ 10kHz) ammeter, voltmeter, power meter, and an ohmmeter (resistance 1�� ~ 1M��) and measuring current, voltage and resistance of the multimeter (hereinafter referred to as instrumentation) for the first time test, follow-up testing and use of the test. This procedure does not apply to automatic recording type instruments, digital instruments, electronic instruments, the average voltage meter, peak voltage meter, leakage current meter, three-phase power meter and the voltage is higher than 600V electrostatic voltmeter test.
