Introduction

This procedure mainly refers to the international legal system OIMLR51 "automatic sub-scale instrument (2006 edition)" [Automaticcatchweighinginstruments (2006E)] International Recommended Y-Class Vehicle Combination Automatic Weighing of the technical requirements and verification methods, in the preparation of the implementation of the format JJF1002-2010 "national measurement procedures Write rules ".

This procedure is based on the metering characteristics of the loader electronic scale used on the front wheel loader, Requirements, general technical requirements, list of test items, verification methods, processing of test results and verification period and so on Has been provided.

This procedure gives the Appendix A verification record format, Appendix B verification certificate page format and Appendix C test results Notice page format.

This order is the first release.

Test procedure for electronic scale of loader

1 Scope

This procedure is applicable to loader electronics that automatically weighs a bulk load and has an accuracy rating of Y (b) Scale (hereinafter referred to as "load scale") the first test, follow-up test.

2 reference file

This procedure refers to the following documents.

JQF1181 Weighing Terms and Definitions OIMLR51..2006 (E) Automatic grading instrument (Automaticcatchweighinginstruments) for dated references, only the dated edition applies to this rule; references that are not dated , The latest version (including all amendments) applies to this procedure.

3 terms and units of measurement 3.1 terminology the terminology used in this procedure is to use JJF1181 for the convenience of use and for ease of reference, with the addition of the following terms.

Automatic dispatching machine automaticallycatchweighinginstrument an automatic weighing of a preloaded separation load or a single load of a bulk.

3.1.2 Vehicle combination Weighing vehicleincorporatedinstrument is a type of automatic grading instrument, the vehicle and the weighing part of the common use of the same components (lever, connector Wait).

Combined with the loader, for the bucket in the shovel material and continuous lifting process of weighing an automatic Weighing.

3.1.4 load load

Due to the role of gravity, the loader of the instrument to force the load of objects, and sometimes directly refers to their force.

The load referred to in this procedure may be a weight or other dimensionally stable item.

3.1.5 single weighing Load the scale every time the process of weighing the load automatically.

3.1.6 cumulative weighing totalweighing the load gauge automatically counts the total amount of load.

3.1.7 maximum lifting speed maximumhoistingspeed the maximum speed that can be used to perform normal operation.

3.1.8 minimum cumulative load minimumtotalizedload the amount expressed in mass units, the cumulative value of the load scale is less than the value of the cumulative value may exceed the specified phase on the error.
