3 Overview

Standard electrical energy meter is a measure of the energy meter. And it is usually designed to work in a controlled laboratory environment to obtain the highest accuracy and stability. Usually by the standard meter voltage input module, current input module, multiplication Module, the digital signal processing unit, an error processing module and a display module.

Standard power meter can be used independently, but also as a master meter standard device verification equipment use.

4 metering performance requirements 4.1 basic error

4.1.1 Basic error expressed as a percentage relative error. Under the conditions specified in 6.2, the basic standard meter Error limit (referred to as the basic error limit) shall not exceed the specified in Table 1 and Table 2.

4.1.2 in the test cycle, the basic error of the standard meter shall not exceed the values in Table 1 and Table 2. Standard Electric Menu in the absolute value of the basic error of the test cycle change amount shall not exceed the absolute value of the basic error limit.

The basic error of the absolute value of the amount of change in the 4.1.3 standard energy meter 24h shall not exceed the absolute value of the basic error limit 1/5.

4.1.4 Warm-up time from the end date, the standard meter continuous work 8h, basic error should not exceed the basic error Limit and basic error shall not exceed the amount of change in the absolute value specified in Table 3.
