Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JG/T 5061.8-1995 "Triple pipe single-action rotary earth borrower". Compared with JG/T 5061.8-1995, the main technology the content changes are as follows.

--- Updated the reference standard and adopted the latest domestic technical standards;

--- Triple tube single-action rotary earth borrower TD108 × 74 is adjusted to TD108 × 75, the inner diameter of the liner is adjusted from 74mm to 75mm;

--- For the original specification based on YB235 "Geological Drilling Steel Pipe", according to GB/T 9808-2008 "Drilling seamless steel the requirements of the Regulation have been adjusted;

---JG J89 "Undisturbed Soil Sampling Technical Standard" was adjusted to JG J/T 87 "Technical Regulations for Geological Exploration and Sampling of Construction Engineering";

--- Revised material technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc.;

--- The product replacement standard, storage conditions, factory certificate, environmental protection, resource conservation, durability requirements and other content have been clarified.

The standard was proposed by the Institute of Standards and Ratings of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for Engineering Survey and Measurement Standardization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and standards of the triple pipe single-action rotary earth borrower.

Awareness, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to earth borrowers that adopt plastic, hard and hard clay, silt, silt and fine sand grade I soil samples in the borehole.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

It is composed of an outer tube, an inner tube and a triple tube of a liner. When the soil is taken, the outer tube rotates and the inner tube remains stationary.

Internal clearance ratio insideclearanceratio the ratio of the difference between the inner diameter of the liner and the inner diameter of the cutting edge of the tube to the inner diameter of the cutting edge of the tube.

Outer tube the outer metal tubular part of the earth-moving device can be rotated, and the bottom end is threaded to connect the drill bit to cut the soil.

Inner tube the inner tubular metal tubular part, the inner cavity wrapped with the liner and the soil taken, can be rotated independently of the outer tube, and the bottom end is screwed to the drill bit.
