Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JG/T 5061.2-1995 "Open Thin Wall Earth Reader". Major technical changes compared to JG/T 5061.2-1995 as follows.

--- Updated the reference standard and adopted the latest domestic technical standards;

---Change the main parameter code to the inner diameter requirement;

--- Increased waste soil cylinders;

--- Increased the basic parameter slurry area ratio;

--- Modified the allowable deviation of the sampling tube size;

---Adjust JG J89 "Technical Standards for Undisturbed Soil Sampling" to JG J/T 87 "Technical Regulations for Geological Exploration and Sampling of Construction Engineering";

--- Revised material technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage;

--- The product replacement standard, storage conditions, factory certificate, environmental protection, resource conservation, durability requirements and other content have been clarified.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of open thin wall earth borrowers.

This standard is applicable to the use of partial flow plastic, soft plastic, clay, silt, silt grade I quality and flow plastic, soft plastic clay in the borehole.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Open thin wall earthmoving device openendthin-walsampler the discharge hole passage is open type, the inner diameter is 75mm and 100mm, the area ratio is less than or equal to 10%, and the inner clearance ratio is 0%~ 1.0% linerless earth borrower.

Area ratio the ratio of the outer diameter cross-sectional area of the thin-walled sampling tube to the cross-sectional area of the inner diameter of the cutting edge and the cross-sectional area of the inner diameter of the cutting edge is expressed as a percentage.

Internal clearance ratio insideclearanceratio the ratio of the difference between the inner diameter of the thin sampling tube and the inner diameter of the cutting edge to the inner diameter of the cutting edge (in percent).

Slurry area ratio areaofdrainageratio the ratio of the minimum cross-sectional area of the open-hole thin-walled earth-moving device to the cross-sectional area of the inner diameter of the sampling tube (in percent).
