Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JG/T 219-2007 "Household Kitchen Furniture and Kitchen Equipment Modular Series", compared with JG/T 219-2007, mainly the technical differences are as follows.

--- Increased general requirements;

--- Increased the height of the console for the barrier-free kitchen and the headroom and depth for the swing;

---Modified the kitchen furniture width modulus series, according to the cooker cabinet, sink cabinet, storage cabinet, hanging cabinet classification gives the modular size series;

--- Increased the height of the open space of the device embedded in the 380mm, 630mm, 1025mm, 1400mm, 1450mm series;

--- Removed the height of the open space embedded in the device 1280mm, 1380mm, 1480mm, 1880mm, 1980mm series;

--- Increased the reserved space width of the kitchen equipment separately and the front panel width series of the equipment;

--- Increase the corresponding kitchen furniture width 700mm, 1000mm, 1100mm, 1200mm series when the cooker is set;

--- Increased the opening depth of the table top by 380mm, and removed the depth of 500mm;

--- Increased the opening width of the table top 630mm, 660mm, 680mm, 800mm, 830mm series.

This standard was proposed by the Institute of Standardization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Technical Committee for Building Products and Components of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of residential kitchen furniture and kitchen equipment, general requirements, kitchen furniture modular series, kitchen equipment embedded the modular coordination, the modular coordination of the range hood and the cabinet combination, the modular coordination of the cooktop embedded, and the modular coordination of the sink embedded.

This standard applies to the design, manufacture and installation of residential kitchen furniture and kitchen equipment.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 18884.1 apply to this document.

Basic modulus basicmodule the basic unit of measure in modulus coordination, the value is 100mm, and the symbol is M, which is 1M=100mm.

Partial modulus infra-modularsize A derived modulus, the value is the fractional multiple of the basic modulus, such as. M/10 (10mm), M/5 (20mm), M/2 (50mm).

Operating height workingheight the vertical distance between the ground and the upper surface of the console.

Floor height heightoffloorunit the vertical distance from the ground to the bottom of the console.

Console depth ofworkofworktop the horizontal distance between the front edge and the rear edge of the console.

Table top overhang depth depthofworktopoverhang

The horizontal distance between the leading edge of the countertop and the leading edge of the cabinet.
