1 Foreword

JC/T 548-2016 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 11 July 2016.

It replaces the earlier edition JC/T 548-1994.

This standard was proposed by China Building Materials Federation.

2 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and designation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of adhesive for wallpaper (hereinafter referred to as wallpaper adhesive) and primer for wallpaper adhesive (hereinafter referred to as wallpaper primer). This standard is applicable to water-based adhesives for indoor wallpaper bonding (referred to as wallpaper adhesive) and supporting wallpaper adhesive primer (referred to as wallpaper primer).
