It replaces the earlier edition JC/T 490-1992.

This standard specifies the glass fiber-reinforced thermosetting plastics pultruded profiles (hereinafter referred to as pultruded profiles) terms and definitions, dimensional tolerances and measuring general requirements. This standard applies to glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic pultruded rods, rods and other profiles.
