JC/T 2306-2024 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 24 October 2024 and has been in force since 1 May 2025.

It replaces the earlier edition JC/T 2306-2015.

2 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, structure and model, materials and components, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of cast stone wear-resistant gate valves. This standard applies to cast stone wear-resistant gate valves with a nominal pressure not exceeding PN63, a nominal size of DN50 to DN800, and a medium temperature of -29°C to 120°.
