JC/T 2305-2024 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 24 October 2024 and has been in force since 1 May 2025.

It replaces the earlier edition JC/T 2305-2015.

2 Scope

This standard specifies the structure and model, materials and components, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of cast stone wear-resistant ball valves. This standard applies to steel cast stone wear-resistant ball valves with nominal pressure not exceeding PN100, nominal size DN50~DN800, and flange connection and clamp-type flexible pipe joint connection with medium temperature of -29°C~120°.
