2 Scope

This standard specifies the production process flow, selection of raw materials and supporting materials, and production process requirements in the manufacturing process of prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes. This document applies to the production of prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes and prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes used in jacking construction.
