1 Foreword

JC/T 2087-2025 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 19 August 2025 and has been in force since 1 March 2026.

It replaces the earlier edition JC/T 2087-2011.

2 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, specifications and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of architectural decorative stone with a natural finish. This document applies to decorative stone materials made by casting in molds, using silica as the main material, inorganic silicates or polymers as the main cementing materials, and adding various mineral aggregates, lightweight fillers, inorganic pigments, and multifunctional additives.
