Production line manufacturers, metal strip processors that install the lines, and inspectors who accept them will apply it. The standard is voluntary and was issued under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was issued on 1 June 2026 and becomes effective on 1 December 2026. It is a new standard.
