Scope
JB/T 15544-2026 is the English-translated version of 微加工(MEMS)红外黑体辐射源.
JB/T 15544-2026 concerns infrared blackbody radiation sources made by microfabrication (MEMS) technology. A blackbody source is a reference emitter of infrared radiation, used to calibrate and test infrared sensors and instruments, and the MEMS version is produced with micro-scale manufacturing processes. The standard treats it as an instrument component product.
Makers of MEMS devices and infrared instruments, calibration and test laboratories, and buyers of such sources are its users. It is a voluntary standard, as the /T in the code shows. It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 13 February 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
