JB/T 15519.2-2026 is Part 2 of the series on hydraulic presses for forming long fiber thermoplastic composites. It sets out the technical conditions for these presses, covering the press as a product, while the types and basic parameters and the accuracy are dealt with in other parts of the series.

It is used by press manufacturers, producers of composite components who purchase the machines, inspection bodies and equipment designers. The standard is voluntary (code with /T). It was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 28 April 2026 and comes into force on 2 November 2026. The National Technical Committee for Forging and Stamping Machinery Standardization is responsible. It is a new standard and does not replace an earlier edition.
