JB/T 15442-2026 is the English-translated version of 组合圆盘剪切刀.

JB/T 15442-2026 applies to combined circular shear blades, the disc-shaped cutting knives assembled in sets for circular shearing machines. The standard sets out the requirements for these blades as products, so that sets from different suppliers can be specified and compared consistently.

It is used by manufacturers of shearing machines and of cutting blades, by plants that slit and process sheet material and buy replacement blades, and by inspection laboratories. The document is a voluntary industry standard (JB/T), issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 28 April 2026 and effective from 2 November 2026. It is a new standard.
