JB/T 15423-2026 is the English-translated version of 红冲式压力仪表用铜接头.

JB/T 15423-2026 applies to brass connections for pressure instruments that are made by the hot swaging method. Hot swaging forms the brass part while it is hot, and the resulting connection is the fitting through which a pressure gauge is attached to the pipe or vessel being measured. The standard covers this connection as a product.

Pressure gauge manufacturers, makers of brass fittings, test laboratories and buyers who specify or accept these connections use it. It is a voluntary industry standard, as the /T in its code shows. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued it on 28 April 2026, and it takes effect on 2 November 2026. It is a new standard.
