JB/T 15395-2026 is the product standard for the exhaust device of an air-cooled steam turbine. In a direct air-cooled power unit, the exhaust device receives the steam leaving the turbine and passes it on towards the air-cooled condenser. The document sets out the requirements for this component.

Steam turbine and power equipment manufacturers, power plant designers and operators, and buyers and inspectors can use it as a common reference for specifying and accepting the device. It is a voluntary industry standard, as the /T in its code indicates. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued it on 13 February 2026, and it comes into effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
