JB/T 12552-2015 is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that lays down design rules for metal ladles, the vessels that hold and pour molten metal. Its content is the design specification itself. It applies to ladles of truncated cone or cylindrical shape that hold liquid metal, referred to simply as the ladle, and it states expressly that it does not apply to ladles of elliptical or spherical form. The documents applied with it are GB/T 23583.1, GB/T 23583.2, GB/T 25714.1, GB/T 25714.2 and NB/T 47013.3-2015.
