1 Scope

This part of JB/T 12298 specifies the basic parameters of numerical control spline cold rolling machines.

2 Basic parameters

The basic parameters of the cold rolling machine shall comply with Table 1.

Table 1, dimensions in millimetres, for the three sizes of machine. Maximum length of the rolled spline: 100, 200 and 300. Maximum diameter of the rolled spline on a solid spline shaft: 60, 80 and 100; on a hollow spline shaft: 200, 250 and 300. Maximum module of the rolled spline: 2,5, 3,0 and 3,5. Maximum length of the workpiece that can be mounted: 800, 1 000 and 1 200.
