1 Foreword

JB/T 12139-2015 was issued by MIIT on 30 April 2015 and has been in force since 1 October 2015.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended machinery industry standard for integrally forged low-pressure rotors of 30Cr2Ni4MoV alloy steel, made for the steam turbines of large nuclear power units. It covers preliminary approval and first-piece certification, the requirements to be settled at the ordering stage, the manufacturing process, the technical requirements, the inspection rules and test methods, the records to be kept, and acceptance with the quality certificate. The forgings in its field are those for half-speed nuclear power steam turbines of the 1 000 MW class, supplied rough-machined and heat treated, and it governs their ordering, manufacture, inspection and acceptance. Among the standards it quotes are many parts of the GB/T 223 series.
