JB/T 11200-2011 is the English-translated version of 方草捆压捆机打结器可靠性考核方法.

JB/T 11200-2011 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that sets out reliability assessment methods for the knotter of rectangular balers. It covers the terms and definitions, the classification of test time, the classification and grading of faults, the principles of fault diagnosis, fault repair, the test methods, and the reliability assessment criteria together with the assessment rules. JB/T 11200-2011 applies to the reliability assessment of knotters in mass production, and it adds that the reliability assessment of knotters on the machine may also be carried out by reference to it. It replaces JB/T 51021-1999 and carries Chinese classification B91 and international classification 65.060.50. It quotes JB/T 5156, JB/T 5166 and JB/T 5167.
