It describes the corresponding test methods and specifies inspection rules, marking, supply, and packaging. This standard applies to the manufacture of flanged steel pigging valves with nominal sizes of DN50�DN1000 and nominal pressures of PN16�PN400, or nominal sizes of NPS2�NPS40 and nominal pressures of Class 150°Class 2500, for working media such as oil, natural gas, and chemicals, used for receiving and launching pipeline pigs.
