Foreword
This standard is formulated in order to implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution and to raise the product quality level of bag frames for bag house dust collectors.
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules for bag frames used in bag house dust collectors.
This standard is a guiding standard.
This standard was proposed by the Department of Science, Technology and Standards of the State Environmental Protection Administration.
Drafting organizations of this standard: China Association of Environmental Protection Industry (Bag Type Dust Removal Committee), Shanghai Bag House Accessories Co., Ltd., and Harbin Environmental Protection Equipment Research Institute.
This standard was approved by the State Environmental Protection Administration on 22 November 2006.
This standard shall be implemented from 1 February 2007 and, from the date of implementation, replaces "Technical conditions for certification of China environmental protection products - Bag house - Bag frame" (HCRJ 016-1998).
This standard is interpreted by the State Environmental Protection Administration.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules for bag frames used in bag house dust collectors.
This standard is applicable to bag frames for bag house dust collectors made of metallic materials.
2 Normative references
The provisions in the following documents become provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrigenda) or revisions do not apply to this standard; however, parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of these documents.

3 Technical requirements
3.1
Bag frames shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures.
3.2
Bag frames shall have sufficient rigidity to withstand the gas pressure acting on the filter bag in the filtering and cleaning states, ensuring that after operating for 1 h under a negative pressure of 3 000 Pa the plastic deformation is < 3 mm and no weld point has come apart.
3.3
All weld points of bag frames shall be firmly welded; the surface of the weld zone shall be smooth and shall be free from cracks and pits. Broken welds, false welds and missed welds are not permitted.
3.4
The surface of the bag frame in contact with the filter bag shall be smooth and clean; weld scars, unevenness and burrs are not permitted.
3.5
The surface of bag frames shall be given an anti-corrosion and temperature-resistant treatment, and the treated layer shall show no peeling.
3.6
The deviations of diameter, perimeter, length and perpendicularity of bag frames shall comply with Table 1 to Table 4.
