The contents stated in the permit, and filled in the pollution permit management information platform declaration system the column of management content added by the competent authorities.
Did not obtain the approval opinions of the environmental impact assessment documents of construction projects in accordance with the law or in accordance with the relevant provisions, by the local people's government the pollution control facilities or measures used to deal with, rectify the regulations and meet the relevant certification materials the pollutant discharge unit that meets the required emission concentration requirements, and the other pollutant discharge units that need to correct the behavior according to the regulations, are declared in the first time.
When the sewage permit is filled in to apply for information, it shall be "corrected" in the national sewage permit management information platform reporting system.
Column, propose a correction plan.
The basic situation of the sewage disposal unit shall be reported in accordance with the actual situation, and the pollution unit shall verify the authenticity and legality of the application materials.
And integrity is legally responsible.
