This standard specifies the technical requirements for the setting of monitoring points for waste gas and sewage discharge outlets of fixed pollution sources, information signboard requirements and discharge outlet monitoring point management requirements. This standard applies to the standardized design, construction, renovation, rectification, acceptance and management of manual monitoring points and automatic monitoring points of fixed pollution source discharge outlets by pollutant discharge units (except offshore oil and gas development projects). If the emission standards have clear requirements for the efficiency of treatment facilities, the entrance of the treatment facilities should also implement this standard, and other intermediate process monitoring points such as the entrance of other treatment facilities can refer to it.
