HG/T 6451-2026 is the English-translated version of 光学功能薄膜 扩散-棱镜复合膜（DOP）.

The document sets out the requirements for the diffuser-on-prism composite film, abbreviated DOP, together with its test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to DOP composite films made on a base of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film for use in the flat panel display industry. The film joins a diffusing layer and a prism layer in a single optical product, and the standard gives a common basis for specifying and checking it.

Manufacturers of optical films use it to define their product, display makers use it when buying and accepting the film, and test laboratories use it to carry out the specified tests. It is a voluntary standard, shown by the /T in the code. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued it on 16 April 2026, and it takes effect on 1 November 2026. It is a new standard with no earlier edition to replace.
