HG/T 6168-2023 is the Chinese chemical industry standard for green factory assessment in the vehicle urea sector. It lays down the general principles of the assessment, the evaluation indicators and the requirements attached to them, and the procedure to be followed together with the content of the resulting report. The standard is written for the assessment of green factories producing vehicle urea, that is urea for diesel engine exhaust purification, from ammonia and carbon dioxide, and it covers both solid vehicle urea and urea solution products. It was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 20 December 2023 and came into force on 1 July 2024.
